Navispire Return & Refund Policy

At Navispire, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are hands-on STEM kits, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

Note: Opened, used, or partially assembled kits are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used STEM kits
  • Digital products or downloadable materials
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item or packaging

We’ll gladly send a replacement part, replacement kit, or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different kit, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return
